This blog is the natural progression of two of my life’s great passions: health and writing. In it I will outline measures I have taken in my own life to improve my health and fitness. As a general rule, I like thinking outside the box and trying weird new things. While my only real objective is to chronicle my own interventions, I welcome any suggestions or comments about things that readers might want to see discussed or experimented with.
